The old way

Sending personalised notices is a tax on your week.

If you've ever had to email a price-change letter to 200 clients with a custom PDF attached to each, you know.

Open. Save as. Rename.

You duplicate the same Word doc 200 times, edit the name and address, export each one to PDF, save them in the right folder.

Compose. Paste. Attach.

Then you open Outlook, paste the body, change the greeting, attach the matching PDF, hit send. 200 times. By Wednesday.

Half a day, gone.

Two-to-four hours per send. Wrong attachments. Wrong names. Bounces that go to your personal inbox.

The NoticeFlow way

Three steps. About 90 seconds.

1
Upload your CSV

First row is your headers. NoticeFlow normalises every column name so 'First Name' becomes a {{firstname}} variable automatically.

2
Write once. Personalise everywhere.

Drop variables into the subject, body, DOCX template and attachment filename. An AI rewrite button polishes your prose without ever touching variables.

3
Send straight from NoticeFlow

Skip the OAuth setup — NoticeFlow sends each email with a personalised PDF, and replies route to your account email. Or connect Gmail / Microsoft if you'd rather send from your work address.

OAuth, not passwords

We never see your mailbox password. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Sent from you

Recipients see your real email address. Replies land in your inbox like normal.

Smart pacing

We pace sends 2–3 seconds apart to stay inside provider limits and avoid spam triggers.

Reclaim your afternoons.

Pay fifteen dollars for a one-off send-out, or fifty-nine a month if you do this every cycle. Plans on the next page.

Frequently asked questions

Everything sellers, brokers, accountants, and property managers ask before signing up.

Can I send bulk email with a customised attachment per recipient?

Yes. NoticeFlow's core feature is bulk email with a customised attachment for every recipient — you upload a Word template with {{firstname}} style variables plus a CSV of recipients, and NoticeFlow renders each recipient's own personalised PDF and attaches it to their email automatically.

Does NoticeFlow send from my own email address?

Yes. Connect your Gmail or Microsoft mailbox via OAuth and NoticeFlow sends each email through your own account — real Sent folder, replies come straight back to you. There's also an optional NoticeFlow Relay path if you'd rather not connect a mailbox.

How many emails can NoticeFlow send in one batch?

Up to 500 recipients per Single Campaign purchase (A$15 one-off), or 5,000 emails per month on Business Monthly (A$59/mo). Daily sending caps still come from your mailbox provider — Gmail personal 500/day, Google Workspace 2,000/day, Microsoft 365 up to 10,000/day.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 10 emails free, no credit card required. Enough to test a batch end-to-end before paying anything.

Who is NoticeFlow built for?

Professionals who batch personalised client letters on a schedule — accountants, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, bookkeepers, consulting engineers, property managers, and small law firms.

How does NoticeFlow compare to Mailchimp or Constant Contact?

Mailchimp and Constant Contact send from their own infrastructure with a marketing-newsletter appearance — recipients see 'mailchimp.list-manage.com' in headers. NoticeFlow sends from your own mailbox with per-recipient PDF attachments, so emails feel like personal letters and land in your real Sent folder. Better fit for professional-services client communication.

What data does NoticeFlow have access to in my mailbox?

Only the OAuth 'gmail.send' scope (or Microsoft's send-only equivalent). NoticeFlow can send emails on your behalf but cannot read your inbox, sent folder, or drafts. That's enforced by Google or Microsoft at the token level, not just something we promise. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest and you can revoke access anytime from your provider's security settings.
